This retractor works fine, but needs more retraction force. We use them for retaining our consoles, and it is just a bit weak, so that the console hangs low a bit.

I love these retractors. I use them for my pointy stick, my SPG and my camera gear. Makes it completely hassle-free to keep everything organised. I've been an instructor for over 12 years and would recommend these.
